Disclosure of personal information and service agreement

This privacy disclosure consent letter is a legal document that provides your consent for OT FLYRIDE APP to use your certain personal data and information, to receive, to store, to use with intention mentioned here, to analyze and to process. Therefore you are expected to thoroughly read and understand the conditions of use of personal information and decide whether you have intention to agree or disagree with personal information usage. In case if you pressed the button “Create user”, you will be considered as agreed and signed this personal data usage consent by OT FlyRide app.

  1. By agreeing to this personal data usage letter, you are granting the below permissions and rights to OT FlyRide app:
    • a. OT FlyRide app will hold the right to receive and store the personal information you have submitted and transferred.
    • b. OT FlyRide app will hold the right to check and verify, ensure the integrity of the personal and corporate information you have submitted or transferred.
    • c. Each user will be accountable for the integrity of the personal and corporate information entered and transferred via app.
    • d. Information collected in accordance to the procedure decribed in this service agreement will be used to improve the customer experience and service quality provided by OT FLYRIDE app and for further product enhancement and internal app development.
    • e. OT FLYRIDE app reserves the right to use the information, collected in accordance to this service agreement, with purpose described in statement 1.(d) to transfer to OT LLC which is the app primary end user and developer.
  2. User entering and transferring the information via OT FLYRIDE app is accountable for integrity of the information provided and OT FLYRIDE app is not responsible for any loss associated with provided information.
  3. OT FLYRIDE app is responsible for non-disclosure of the personal information, provided or created by user, in other purposes than noted in this service agreement, and is responsible for non-disclosure of user’s personal information to third parties, as well as liable for protection of user’s personal information.
  4. This service agreement may be amended and each amendment will be notified to users via email. If user has not acknowledged or rejected the changes in service agreement within 5 business days, then the changes in service agreement will be deemed as acceptable and valid.
  5. OT FLYRIDE app is reserving the right to store the logs of your app access, login details and any operation, or operation history within the app environment, in order to ensure your information security, to prevent unauthorized or illegal access to your personal information. OT FLYRIDE app is reserving the right to use the above information within legal basis.

IF YOU DISAGREE WITH THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT PLEASE PRESS THE EXIT BUTTON. IN THIS CASE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE OT FLYRIDE APP IN THIS MATTER.

ЭНЭХҮҮ ҮЙЛЧИЛГЭЭНИЙ НӨХЦӨЛ НЬ OT FLYRIDE APP - ААС ТАНЫ ТОДОРХОЙ МЭДЭЭЛЛИЙГ ХҮЛЭЭН АВАХ, ХАДГАЛАХ, УГ НӨХЦӨЛД ЗААСАН ЗОРИЛГООР АШИГЛАХ, ТҮҮНД БОЛОВСРУУЛАЛТ ХИЙХ ЭРХИЙГ ОЛГОХ ЭРХ ЗҮЙН ҮР ДАГАВАР БҮХИЙ ХУУЛЬ ЗҮЙН БАРИМТ БИЧИГ ЮМ. ИЙМД ТА ЭНЭХҮҮ ҮЙЛЧИЛГЭЭНИЙ НӨХЦӨЛТЭЙ САЙТАР ТАНИЛЦАЖ, ЗӨВШӨӨРӨХ ЭСЭХЭЭ ШИЙДЭХИЙГ ЗӨВЛӨЖ БАЙНА. ТА OT FLYRIDE APP –ЫН “ХЭРЭГЛЭГЧ ҮҮСГЭХ” ТОВЧЛУУРЫГ ДАРСАН БОЛ ТАНЫГ УГ ҮЙЛЧИЛГЭЭНИЙ НӨХЦЛИЙГ ХҮЛЭЭН ЗӨВШӨӨРЧ, ГАРЫН ҮСЭГ ЗУРСАН ГЭЖ ҮЗНЭ.

  1. Та энэхүү үйлчилгээний нөхцлийг зөвшөөрснөөр OT FLYRIDE app-д дараах зөвшөөрөл, эрхийг олгох болно.
    • a. Таны үүсгэсэн, дамжуулсан хувийн мэдээллийг хүлээн авч, хадгалах.
    • b. Таны үүсгэсэн, дамжуулсан хувийн болон байгууллагын мэдээлэл тэдгээрийн үнэн зөвийг шалгаж баталгаажуулах.
    • c. Хэрэглэгчийн үүсгэсэн, дамжуулсан байгууллагын болон хувийн мэдээллийн үнэн зөвийг тухайн оруулсан хэрэглэгч хариуцах
    • d. Энэхүү үйлчилгээний нөхцөлд заасан журмын дагуу цуглуулсан мэдээллийг OT FLYRIDE app-аас үзүүлэх үйлчилгээний чанар, хүртээмжийг сайжруулах, шинэ бүтээгдэхүүн гаргахтай холбоотойгоор OT info app-ын дотоод хэрэгцээнд ашиглах.
    • e. Энэхүү үйлчилгээний нөхцөлд заасан журмын дагуу цуглуулсан мэдээллийг OT FLYRIDE app нь энэхүү үйлчилгээний нөхцлийн “1.d”-д заасан зорилгоор OT FLYRIDE аппликейшнийг хөгжүүлэгч OT-д шилжүүлэх, ашиглуулах.
  2. Та энэхүү Үйлчилгээний нөхцлийн 1.(c)-д заасны дагуу OT FLYRIDE аппликейшнд оруулсан мэдээллийн үнэн зөвийг тухайн оруулсан хэрэглэгч хариуцах ба энэхүү мэдээллийн улмаас учирсан аливаа хохиролыг OT info хүлээхгүй болно.
  3. OT FLYRIDE app нь таны үүсгэсэн, дамжуулсан хувийн мэдээллийг энэхүү үйлчилгээний нөхцөлд зааснаас бусад зорилгоор ашиглах, бусдад задруулахгүй байх үүрэгтэй бөгөөд, мэдээллийн нууцлалыг хамгаалах үүрэг хүлээнэ.
  4. Энэхүү үйлчилгээний нөхцөлд өөрчлөлт оруулж болох бөгөөд энэ тохиолдолд уг өөрчлөлтийн талаар таны цахим шуудангаар мэдэгдэнэ. Уг цахим шууданг хүлээн авснаас хойш ажлын 5 өдрийн дотор уг өөрчлөлтийг зөвшөөрсөн, эсхүл зөвшөөрч байгаа эсэх талаараа мэдэгдээгүй тохиолдолд уг өөрчлөлт хүчин төгөлдөр болно.
  5. OT FLYRIDE нь таны мэдээллийн аюулгүй байдлыг хангах, OT FLYRIDE аппликейшнийг зүй бусаар, эсхүл хууль бус зорилгоор ашиглахаас урьдчилан сэргийлэх зорилгоор аппликейшнд хандах хандалт, таны хийж байгаа аливаа үйлдлийн түүхийн лог болгон хадгалах, түүнийг хуулийн хүрээнд ашиглах эрхтэй.
