THESE TERMS OF SERVICE IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT WILL GRANT US TO RECEIVE, STORE, USE AND PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM “OT Info” APP FOR THE PURPOSES SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. THEREFORE, YOU ARE ADVISED TO READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY AND DECIDE WHETHER TO AGREE WITH THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU CLICK THE "CREATE USER" BUTTON ON THE “OT Info” APP, YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED AND SIGNED THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

  1. Upon agreement to these Terms of Service, you will grant the following permissions and rights to OT info app.
    • a. To receive and store personal information you created or transferred.
    • b. To check and confirm the accuracy of the personal information and corporate details you created and transferred.
    • c. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the personal information and corporate details created and transmitted by the user.
    • d. To use the information collected in accordance with the procedures specified in these Terms of Service for internal use in connection OT Info app in improving the quality and availability of services provided by OT Info app and launching new products.
    • e. OT Info app will transfer and use the information collected in accordance with the procedures specified in these Terms of Service to OT, the developer of the OT Info app, for the purposes specified in “1.d” of these Terms of Service.
  2. According to Clause 1.(c) of these Terms of Service, the user is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered into the OT Info app, and OT info app shall not be liable for any damages caused by the information.
  3. OT Info app is responsible for not using or disclosing the personal information created and transmitted by you for purposes other than those specified in these Terms of Service, and to protect the privacy of information. Changes may be made to these Terms of Service, and in this case, you will be notified by e-mail about the change. If you notify us of your acceptance or do not notify of whether you agree or not to the change within 5 working days, the change will become effective.
